Exchanges | Terms and Conditions of Sale
We will exchange, for store credit, clothing, accessories, and bras, but we don't take returns or exchanges on underwear, boyshorts, thongs and panties for hygienic reasons. (You don't want to buy from any site that does return undergarments, now, do you?) This policy is there for the comfort of all of our customers. We do not take exchanges on final sale items.
In order to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and can find the right fit, we provide detailed sizing information here. Please take the time to read through it, use a tape measure, and determine what size is right for you. We are happy to answer any sizing questions you might have!
Please note that all Sale or coupon-code discounted items are final sale. Store credit is created through coupon codes, and can not be combined with other coupon codes. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Coupon codes are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. Void where prohibited by law.
Please note that we do not offer refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect or misship. Please see exchange policy for store credit in first paragraph.

We will not process exchanges without an email confirmation from us, prior to the item being shipped back. Exchanges must be shipped within 14 days of purchase, in clean, new, and unwashed condition. Exchanges that show deodorant or anti-antiperspirant stains will be returned to the customer.
We offer free shipping on orders in the USA.
Free shipping orders are shipped via US First Class Mail or US Priority Mail, with tracking. For US destinations, packages should arrive within 2-7 business days for free shipping, and 2-3 days with paid shipping. International destinations may take 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email notice when your package ships.
Items typically ship within 24 hours of ordering on business days. Items ship from Massachusetts. We collect sales tax from Maine residents.
If you request shipment to an international destination, you are responsible for all customs, duties, and fees.
Shipping to Canada
We offer $20 standard shipping to Canada via US Postal Service.
Estimated delivery is 1-2 weeks to Canada, but we are only able to track the package until it leaves the United States. Once the package is in the destination country, the responsibility for customs and duties falls to the customer.
International ShipmentsWe currently only offer UPS for international shipments (other than Canada.)
